A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Pamela. Welcome to Creative Mindset therapy. I’m a licensed Creative Arts therapist, certified in REBT, CBT, and behavior modification therapies. I've worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, schools, and private practices, and conducted group, family, and individual therapies.
Together with my clients, I strive to identify obstacles that cause conflict, as well as hinder growth, joy, and a sense of well being in their day to day lives. I utilize the therapeutic process to help recognize and challenge beliefs that often result in unhealthy emotions and behaviors.
Through integrative therapies, including traditional talk therapy, Art therapy, and mindfulness practices, we will work to confront fears and negative thoughts, focus on being present, defining and attaining small and larger goals, all while appreciating the process and journey of our everyday lives.

Individual Therapy
A supportive confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, and obstacles. I work collaboratively to help you understand patterns, build coping skills and make meaningful changes. My approach blends evidence based practices such as Rational Emotive Behavioral therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy and Creative Arts therapies to support healing, clarity and resilience.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers connection, shared understanding, and skill building in a supportive environment. With guided discussion and structured therapeutic activities participants learn from one another while practicing new tools. Groups provide a safe space that fosters growth, confidence, connection and emotional regulation.
Executive Functioning
Executive functioning coaching helps children, teens and adults strengthen practical skills needed for daily success.Together we work on organization, planning, time management,task initiation and avoidance, emotional regulations and more flexible thinking.
Social Emotional Learning (SEL)
SEL sessions focus on building core skills such as emotional awareness, self control, problem solving skills, empathy, and appropriate communication. Utilizing CBT tools, Art therapy directives, and mindfulness practices, clients learn how to navigate relationships, manage stress, and feel more confident in social, academic and professional settings.
